Located on the "Big River" channel in the heart of downtown Manistee, Taco 'Bout It Mexican Fusion offers Manistee's premier Mexican food dining experience. "Defined By Fresh" is what we like to say, which means that we make as many elements of your meal on site as possible. On the food side of things, we make our corn tortillas in house, along with our salsas, guacamole, tortilla chips, sour cream, Mexican rice, beans and our seasoning blends for our meats and fish. On the drink side of things, we offer house made "agua frescas," 10 craft beers on tap, bottled beer, signature cocktails, and our freshly squeezed margaritas. From serving Manistee via food truck since 2016, to opening a brick and mortar restaurant in 2019, we are beyond humbled and thank you for the continued support!
